Greatest Hits II is a 1991 compilation produced by Queen and various other producers. It is the successor to Greatest Hits I, with this new compilation releasing exactly 10 years and 2 days after its predecessor. It consists of 17 songs, from the 1982 song "Under Pressure" to songs such as "Innuendo", "I'm Going Slightly Mad" and "The Show Must Go On", from the album Innuendo, also released in 1991.
