Greatest Hits is a 1981 compilation produced by Queen and various other producers. It is the band's first compilation album, released 11 years after the group's formation in 1970. It consists of 17 songs, from the 1974 song "Seven Seas of Rhye" to the 1980 song "Flash". However, in some countries, the 1981 song "Under Pressure" with David Bowie was featured as well.
